Unlike many business brokers, Joseph has first-hand experience as an LPO owner. Having successfully owned and operated a Licensed Post Office for over 10 years, he understands the operational, financial and regulatory aspects of running an Australia Post business. During this time, his post office was also appointed as a designated training LPO, where he mentored and supported new licensees entering the network. This practical experience provides Joseph with an in-depth understanding of Australia Post’s expectations for prospective licensees, including the approval, assignment and transition processes. His knowledge enables him to help vendors prepare their businesses for sale while assisting buyers in navigating the complexities of purchasing an LPO.

Before entering the postal industry, Joseph built a successful career spanning more than 25 years in sales and business development. His extensive sales background, combined with experience in business contracts, finance and accounting, allows him to identify opportunities, overcome obstacles and negotiate favourable outcomes for his clients.

Having successfully sold his own Licensed Post Office, Joseph now focuses full-time on connecting qualified buyers with quality Australia Post businesses.
